Terms and Conditions
1. BOOKINGS.
Your booking is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us or through our booking system.
2. PAYMENT.
Payment terms, deposits and balance payments will be shown at the time of booking. Please check your booking confirmation carefully.
3. CANCELLATION.
Cancellation terms may vary depending on how your booking is made. Please refer to the cancellation details shown at the time of booking or contact us if you are unsure.
We politely recommend taking out suitable holiday or travel insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment, illness, travel disruption or unexpected changes to your plans.
4. ACCIDENTS AND DAMAGES.
Please let us know as soon as possible if anything is spilled, broken or damaged during your stay so we can deal with it quickly and fairly. A charge may be made if damage is not reported or if items are removed from the property without consent.
5. SMOKING.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Guests may only smoke in designated outdoor areas. Anyone found smoking inside the property may be asked to leave and additional cleaning charges may apply.
6. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT.
Check-in is from 3pm unless otherwise arranged. Check-out is by 10.30am.
7. NOISE AND CONSIDERATION.
After 11pm, please be considerate of other guests, neighbours and the peaceful setting of the farm.
8. YOUR RESERVATION.
Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us or through the booking system.
9. AGE RESTRICTIONS.
Regrettably, we cannot accept bookings from persons under 18 years of age.
10. PERSONAL PROPERTY.
We cannot accept responsibility for vehicles, belongings or personal property during your stay.
11. PERSONAL LIABILITY.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and security, and for the safety and security of any children in their care while staying at Elberry Farm.
12. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.
In the unlikely event that the property becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible and advise you of the next steps.
13. PETS.
Other than assistance dogs, pets are not accepted unless by prior arrangement.
14. ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY.
We reserve the right to enter the property or rooms for maintenance, cleaning, safety or emergency reasons when necessary.
