. . . Elberry Farm must be in one of the most idyllic locations for Bed & Breakfast in South Devon. Just up the lane from Broadsands Beach near Paignton, steam trains chugging over the huge stone bridge, and with Elberry Cove just five minutes' walk in the other direction.

En-suite Double - from £24.00 to £28.00
Standard Family Room from £19.00 to £21.00
Standard Family Room with shower- from £23.00 to £25.00

Children [per day] Reduced rates for children sharing a family room
1 to 5 yrs - £11.00 each :: 6 yrs to 12 yrs - £13.50 each :: Babies up to 1 year free

Single Occupancy
As I do not have any single rooms available a single occupancy charge of £10.00 will be required

Optional Evening Meal
(available by prior arrangement)
Adults - £10.50 :: 1 to 5 yrs - £4.50 :: 6 to 11 yrs - £ 7.00

BREAKFAST MENU
A selection of cereals or grapefruit and mandarin cocktail.
A choice of teas are available and cafetiere coffee

Bacon - Sausage - Tomatoes - Mushrooms - Fried Bread - Eggs.
For the lighter appetite (boiled, scrambled or poached eggs upon request)

Breakfast 8.30 to 9.00am   Dinner 6.00pm   Sunday Breakfast only.
